Jaime, an HRD Corp Certified Trainer with a Business Administration degree, brings her passion for exceptional service experiences to training. With marketing and business development experience in FMCG companies, she later transitioned to youth development and mentoring at YMCA Kuala Lumpur and ARCCADE.

In 2014, Jaime’s entry submission for the Annual HR Excellence Awards picked up the Bronze Award for Excellence in Employee Engagement for her then-employer.

As an HR Business Partner, she conducted impactful workshops for 200+ employees across Southeast Asia at Fortune 500 company, Ecolab. She also empowered women in leadership as Chairperson for Ecolab Malaysia’s Employee Resource Group.
