Neil's entrepreneurial spirit has also led him to venture into directing a Production House and co-owning an F&B outlet.

As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, he conducts workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, focusing on personal and professional growth through John's proven leadership methods.

Neil also serves as the Head of Events & Conferences in Exceed Excellence, bringing leadership development to Malaysian organisations. Passionate about personal health, he co-organises medical conferences that focus on Integrative Medicine.
